Support or no support, India cant hold Kashmir forever. Kashmiris will get their independence. This flame of desire for freedom is always too intense cant be extinguished with oppression.

This is not a message just for Kashmir, it hold true for Palestine as well.

When did Kashmiris accept to be part of India? If they did and India thinks its their geographical territory, it would not stationing hundreds of thousands of troops. Since Musharraf time, Pakistan has stopped supporting Kashmiri insurgency. I think Pakistan should support Kashmir freedom as well as insurgency against Indian occupation. That policy of pulling the hand out has not brought India back to negotiations.

You are mixing technical issues with moral ones. Technically as per the june plan, the very basis of our creation, kashmir's accession to India is ok.

Morally, everyone has equal right to demand self rule. Kashmiris, Balochis, Kurds and Tibetans. However our own stand is against allowing Kashmiris self rule. We want OUR rule there.

Having studied the reality, I have concluded we have NO right to issue a moral condemnation, neither the turks.

The formula for creation of Pakistan was all contiguous states and lands where there is Mulsim majority will become part of Pakistan. The difference here was Kashmir was ruled by a Hindu. That Maharaja slyly signed an agreement with India for accession, hence there was a revolt.

If technically its ok, then Deccan should have been part of Pakistan. It was ruled by Nizam who was Muslim and who wanted to be with Pakistan.
