Lol. Did Turkey forgot what it did in Cyprus?? :P

Nope. We never will forget that nor regret it. It was the old good days though . My grandpa served as an Airborne Cavalry officer during Operation Atilla (Military callsign for Cyprus op). Back to topic, it's all about AKP Government's relay of Turkish foreign policy into the Islamic World. Hopefully if we get someone loyal to Atatürk's reforms after his pass, we will leave all the Islamic crap from the policymaking.

Not Sindhis but I can't say the same about Balouchis. The Baloch Liberation Movement is certainly underway, although more or less; its living due to Indian funds.

Finally, the point is; UN no longer has any job in the Kashmir Issue. On June 2, 1972 at the Simla Agreement, Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Pakistani Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto agreed that the Kashmir Issue would be settled by mutual consultation and no Third Party [UN] would be involved. In return, India handed over 90,000 POWs of war and land seized in West Pakistan [During 1971 War] back to Pakistan.

Now, why is Pakistan breaking agreements?

Why have you got the wrong flags?

what you gonna do, more jihad ?

I also know Kashmir muslims who don't want anything to do with Pakistan.

India cant hold Kashmir forever. The rise of Hindu fundamentalists will see to that. Already I can see after Modi victory, all the extremists Hindu rats have crawled out of the gutter like a plague. The way they are going, we won't need to do anything.

Maharaja Hari Singh was rightful king of Kashmir, there was no occupation here and yes India is an extension, for he signed over Kashmir to the Indian union.

But tell me again where does Pakistan's right to Kashmir come from ?

What right? The right of forceful conquest you mean. No other right. He was no democratically elected leader, he was in no way a representative of the people of Kashmir. He had no rights to hand over Kashmir like its his personal jagir.

Forget Pakistan, What happen to the rights of Kashmiris?

Haha, then how can Sardar of Kalat sign over Balochistan to Pakistan? There were over 500 princely states in British India, all of them either joined India or Pakistan.

If King of Kashmir didn't have the right to accede to India, then accession of all the princely states is illegal.

Besides Shiekh Abdullah the elected leader(and J&K assembly) of Kashmiris also acceded to India, when constitution of J&K officially recognised as part of India in 1955.

Why forget Pakistan, do tell, where does Pakistan's right to Kashmir come from ?

As far rights of Kashmiri people are concerned, they get all the rights, any other Indian or Pakistani gets.

And right to form their own country is not one of them.

.
First of all, on some other similar thread, I said, this is not an official stance of Turkey, so there is nothing so dostana about Turk Pak on Kashmir.

.
Turkey "apologises" for raising Kashmir issue in UN - Economic Times

After this incident, there is no change in Turkey's official stand on Kashmir. Dont confuse Turkey-Pakistan Cultural Association's support to Kasmir as official !

I call BS. Our governments, especially our current government would never ever apologize for anything at all.

And I just checked the quote that is used in the news, which cannot be found anywhere else other than some other BS indian sources.

Again, you guys have no idea about what kind of ministers we have as our government, the news is a total BS.

.
And right to form their own country is not one of them.

Then what right did the Indians had to demand freedom from Britain. You guys are all hypocrites. You are no one to say who has what right. If the Indians had rights to freedom in 47, then Kashmiris have the same right in 2015. Its only a matter of when, not if. India cannot hold Kashmir indefinitely.

.
I dont want to go off-topic, but not turkey a nato member ???
zyx975 is not a Turk.

Don't take him seriously guys.

the issue is "pakistan" flagged users anti-sunni & anti-turk & pro-buddhist chinese posts.

no geo-political, no secular, no non-secular issue can override
(*) imam al-huda maturidi or imam ashari
(*) imam azam abu hanifa, imam malik, imam shafii, or imam hanbel
(*) shah nakshiband or shaykhs of other sunni tarikats

the issue is systematic social engineering & systematic psychological operations on the forum.

@Horus Hi, can you arrange someone to ban this guy? He is polluting with his racist and religious trolls while hiding under the disguise of our holy Turkish flag in the forums.

Thanks

Best of Regards

Britain was imperial power from thousands of miles away, where as Kashmir had always been a part of Indian empires.

And if rights of people to secede, matter that much, then why wasn't East Pakistani given independence when they asked for it, why kill so many Bengalis, why isn't Balochistan being given independence, since there is a freedom movement going on there also?

Do not cherry pick my posts, answer them in entirety.

I ask once again where does Pakistan's legal right to Kashmir come from ?

Turkey can demonstrate support for our position, in an official or unofficial capacity, but that makes no different to what the reality is:
  1. Only Pakistan and India can resolve the Kashmir stalemate bilaterally - no external power can influence this taking place, the frequency of talks or the outcome
  2. Although Pakistan might want the above to happen, it has to appreciate and address India's legitimate concerns (e.g 26/11) to get in the negotiation room
  3. The complexities of Kashmir, its demographics and demands even within the Valley dictate that there isn't a overriding demand for secession to Pakistan. Azadi has varying interpretations, but even the primary (and unrealistic) one is complete independence from India and Pakistan.
  4. "Kashmir banega Pakistan" may be a popular call on our side of the LoC, but it's not a widespread demand in the Valley, let alone Ladakh, Leh and Jammu where remaining within the Indian union is the order of the day
  5. Any solution will be little or no different from Musharraf's 4 point formula (LoC effectively the IB) at best from a Pakistan PoV
Hopefully discussions can happen in the near future, but the sooner this is put to bed, then we can all move on, and concentrate on matters like poverty eradication, increasing public spending and other somewhat important things.

Uighurs flee China for Turkey in search of peace

buddist china is preventing the religious practice of sunni turks in chinese occupied sharq-i turkistan and "pakistan" flagged users say buddist china supports sunnis & turks in kashmir.

there is something fundamentally wrong with this forum. is this forum in a parallel universe?

to pro-china pro-chinese supporters:

(sura 05:51) (ustadha aisha bewley) "you who have iman! do not take the jews and christians as your friends; they are the friends of one another. any of you who takes them as friends is one of them. allah does not guide wrongdoing people."
That is the paradox of this forum. Better not elaborate on that. Nothing productive will come out of it.
