I can not see relation between Iranian gas and Russian S-400 system.
Bismarck, isn’t that the point.

Gokhan Taymaz - one of the strategic insight providers in Turkey market (for foreign investors and people pay him for that) actually sent me this article yesterday. I have worked with him on getting some insights on Turkey for some decent sized investments. Given that our relationship was professional, I have found him to be much less alarmist. His point was - Turkey will have to pivot away, as the US pressure is unbearable, specially given the lira crisis (even though no one will publicly accept it), S400 vs NATO is a very difficult long term give away - even for Mr Erdogan (who deeply cares about Turkey), Iranian gas can replace Russian has cheaply and they have other alternatives for defense shields.

Again - just a thought in the flurry of various thoughts. Believe it is worth sharing.

I think Turkey should first take delivery of all their 100 F-35 and then disclose plan for purchasing S-400 from Russia .so US wouldn't have chance to stop Turkey from buying S-400 . for stop gap Turkey should buy PAC-3 to keep US calm .

Won't work.

Today they are blocking sale of F35, tomorrow they can block spare parts of F35. So if Turkey buy F35 first and then buy S400, US can still make the F35s useless with spare parts.

Turkey once again reiterated its commitment to honoring the deal to purchase S-400 air defense systems from Russia and ruled out the possibility of deploying them anywhere outside Turkish territories

Turkish Foreign Minister emphasized that the world should see that Washington's bullying policies are not prevailing and S400 deal was completed before the introduction of the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA), which came into effect in July 2017, to be imposed on companies or countries doing business with Iran, Russia and North Korea

Turkey is the sole provider of the panoramic cockpit display and the missile remote interface unit of the F-35
also the center fuselage of the F-35 and KALE Aerospace is manufacturing production hardware for the F135 engine

5 Turkish companies support the production of F-35 / F135

-- Alp Aviation : manufactures F-35 production airframe structure and assemblies, production landing gear components and over 100 F135 production engine parts to include titanium integrated blade rotors

-- Ayesas currently is the sole source supplier for two major F-35 components – missile remote interface unit and the panoramic cockpit display

-- Fokker Elmo manufactures 40% of the F-35 Electrical Wiring & Interconnection System (EWIS) and will also deliver and support TAI with all center section wiring systems. Fokker Elmo is also developing the EWIS for the F135 engine

-- Kale Aerospace has been supporting the F-35 since 2005. In conjunction with Turkish Aerospace Industries, they manufacture and produce F-35 airframe structures and assemblies. Kale Aero also supports Heroux Devtek as the sole source supplier for all three variants landing gear up lock assemblies. Additionally, Kale Aerospace has also established a joint venture in Izmir with Pratt & Whitney and is manufacturing production hardware for the F135 engine

-- Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) has been strategically supporting the F-35 Program since 2008.
The company currently supplies production hardware that goes into every F-35 production aircraft. In conjunction with Northrup Grumman
TAI manufactures and assembles the center fuselages, produces composite skins and weapon bay doors, and manufactures fiber placement composite air inlet ducts
Additionally, TAI is strategically manufacturing 45% of the F-35’s including Air to Ground Pylons and adapters which is Alternate Mission Equipment (AME)

Additionally, Turkish Industry are going to have significant Industrial Participation role supporting Lockheed Martin and Pratt and Whitney for F-35 aircraft sustainment and F135 engine production and sustainment.
Turkey has been given the approval to build its own F135 engines and was also selected to have the first European Regional F135 Engine depot overhaul capability

As warned by members of his own administration, U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to act in bad faith toward the U.S. NATO ally could backfire, as Turkey holds a valuable stake in the production of the F-35 jets

Because of a histeris, Turkey lost its way to national security. We lost the most advanced fighters in the world.

So it's true time to cancel boing boings boom max

Open a new tender for aircrafts let's show them what EU russians and Chinese offer

It's Time to double and trible our efforts on our own two fighter jets shift working for engineers 24 hours a day but I bet that's not gonna happen

Nah let them shoot themselves in the foot. They think they can make an example out of Turkey. You cancel the deliveries now they will turn around and start saying:

"We don't know if we can truly trust you again, maybe if you buy Patriots for 3x the price with less equipment and let them be operated by US personel for lets say 3-5 years we will delivery your F-35s. Also we will deliver them in 2026."

If Erdogan has any balls he will cancel every single American contract including Boeings's 10 Billion $ deal, who by the way are in a heap of shit atm, imagine the panic of Boeing lobbiest in DC when Turkey cancels their deal and goes with Airbus instead just like the Chinese did a week ago.

Reduce American presence to a minimum by closing the majority of their Consolates around the Country, ship their radar that protects Israel back to them, maybe they can ask the YPG to operate their 1Billions $ radar in syria. Close Incerlik to American personel. And if the Russians are willing invite them with SU-35 and SU-57 to Turkey.

Enough is enough these morons think they are dealing with an african or Baltic country who they can just bully, nah bruh its time for Erdogan to find his balls.

Its time to invade eastern Syria.
