How many Pakistanis are citizens of Turkey?

I heard a lot of Pakistanis are/have been involved with many critical projects in Turkey and PAF boys are also deployed in Turkey and have flown with/against Israelis as "Turk pilots" during Israeli-Turkish combat exercises.

Can shed any light on it? I presume its not something thats a "secret" not to be talked about..correct?

1. Very very few... not more than two hundred are citizens (at least the ones who matter - not counting the accidental ones).... as the system is a closed one.....
2. Couple dozen have been involved, mostly from METU, ITU who were instrumental in certain fields of research in collaboration with TUBITAK and certain industries......
