America goes and does things by itself, regardless of vetoes on the Security Council. The Iraq
War for instance was not backed by the UNSC, it was a unilateral action by America.

So for all those who want a regime-change job in Syria, just go and ask America to do another unilateral invasion like they did in Iraq.

Security Council votes mean absolutely nothing to America anyway.
