egypt is far away and have no military thread against us.. I always taked against istanbul and centralisation but compared to egypt turkey is not much centralized like egypt it would mean in a war you have to bomb only a region to flatten them once for all..

There's is no doubt that Turkey is the most powerful entity in Mediterranean, ME (barring Israel).....

If we compare Turkey one on one against Egypt, Turkey does enjoy a massive advantage due to years of association with NATO and own homemade defense industry but people don't realize that if ever Turkey or Egypt engages each other in that case Egypt will come along with Saudis and Emiratees.....

Saudis and Emirates though have weak army and navy but they do have an awesome airforce.....

Now you mix up all their stuff with Egyptian air force and Turkey alone will be facing

So IMO conclusion will be

If Turkey has to fight one on one then it will win wars against Egypt, KSA and Emirates....

If all these 3 Arab powers come together then battle results may change against Turkish favor....

I don't expect NATO to intervene in Turkey behalf considering the relationship USA has with KSA....
