innocent people who goes to work gets discriminated this and that. they dont get treated as people, and your government have oppressed them a lot back in the days!

Oppression? Well, first there is no inhumane treatment, except for those thugs. Second, if you is not enough employment opportunities, I can admit it, but this is oppression? I do not think it is a precise definition, not to mention the Chinese government is taking measures to improve this point, you do not forget that this is in western China. there is not enough jobs, it is oppression? this is what you mean?

Actually, what Turks did to Turkey (destroy the Arabic script, remove the head scarf for women) is in a way more culturally repressive towards Islam than China's policies towards the Uighurs, who still use the Arabic script.

Uighurs can read an untranslated Qu'ran. Can most Turks in Turkey do so today?

Erdogan must watch himself. Recently, there has been some warmth in Turk-Chinese relationship. If this continues, then it is most likely that Turkey will be left neither this side nor that side, especially after the cold blows that have been exchanged with NATO and USA recently. While empathy is fine and acceptable, it must be drawn in consideration to the situation at hand in foreign affairs.
