Yes, but thats why the list is BS. Iran has a lot of aircrafts, but most of them are quite outdated. Such lists can never measure quality, and thats what matters.

Just like KSA has a lot of equipment, but Ive more trust in Iranian officers than Saudi officers. You can never measure quality of military leaders/officers.

And let's not forget missile technology, military indigestious ability, soldier's capabilities.. etc.
