Parvez Musharraf had virtually signed on Death sentence for Pakistan in 01-02 by agreeing to join US and allies for War against Terror. American policy to combat terrorism is horribly flawed. I am afraid Pakistan is going to die thousand deaths by simply agreeing to choose to fight against their own people, American way.
It is beyond comprehension how an article clearly stating that an attack from Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan killed innocent school children turns into a rant blaming the US for a war instigated by those extremists. First of all it is the Pakistani military that is conducting this offensive by protecting its own citizens and hampering the movement and communication lines between militant groups this was not a military adventure entered into by Pakistan, with or without pressure from outside, but a necessary defensive action taken against violent extremists who continue to murder your fellow citizens; secondly, it is disconcerting to come across these self-destructive views that make sly excuses for such horrendous actions, carried out by a group that is promising further attacks.
Since the beginning of 2010, there have been a total of 298 attempted and successful suicide bombings claiming 1114 lives and injuring 2681 individuals and as stated in this article, Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan has thereafter called the media outlets shamelessly claiming responsibility for these deaths. Are the lives of these children any less important because they served some militant groups half-truths, or could the regular destruction of schools and rescue bridges be excusable because it fell into some skewed propaganda? Its rather obvious that Talibans intent is simply to kill anyone and everyone that stands in their way - Pakistani or not, weak or strong, rich or poor, nothing deters the havoc they wreak everywhere.

In such a time period when the US is leading the entire world in the flood relief efforts and has pledged over 200 million USD and provided more than 30 helicopters to distribute aid and rescue those in the affected areas, while Taliban out of contempt tear down bridges for the drowning, burn schools, sabotage and threaten the already afflicted population frankly, it is embarrassing to be subjected to such baseless claims.
U.S. has provided an immense amount of monetary aid and gone through extreme measures to curb the influx of Taliban into Pakistans volatile borders. The U.S. soldiers are daily risking their lives in Afghanistan and Pakistani military has already lost many of its own loved ones to protect the U.S., Pakistan and the rest of the world from suffering Afghanistans fate forgive me, if I fail to understand your conviction of U.S. infusing or practicing any dubious behavior across the world, it simply lacks logic and defeats rationality.
