. . . . .
I got two phones that I use. Why the **** should I pay taxes on them when I visit? That's ridiculous.
I am assuming these taxes are probably gonna cost less than a typical reload card or cell service cost. So not a big deal for all the "elite" overseas Pakistanis.

It's not about the money, but the principle.

Bro you need lot of documentation to register tax free only one mobile, no tax or fee on laptops...and you have to pay full tax on your extra mobile phones nearly 45 o 50%....welcome to new Pakistan thanks to PTI....

I think it's about 30% of Value, Don't forget to bring original invoices
So i have to pay for each phone ? Or just the gift phone and laptop
Learn economics sir. These foreigners are too rich, they must give some money to the Pakistan government if they can afford a dozen phones.
These foreigners work hard and Pay taxes unlike some people
And why do i need to pay taxes for you lot , i m travelling not moving so no point on paying extra for device when i already paid for it
Happy to pay for devices which will be staying in Pakistan
No reason to pay unless i will be refunded when em leaving

Seems more of a scam by gov

The one you are bringing as gift

Tax is not on phones which are in your personal use (However limit of such phones is 5). It's on new phones which people bring.

When I visit England or any other respected Nation, I have to pay all local taxes regardless, if I am there for a day, week or a month, If you don't want to pay tax don't take the device with you and buy it locally. If you find taxation a scam, I take it you live in west tax free?
