Man this is not about a cat versus dog thing. The aricles did not say cat ownership is the biggest source of the infections (ill prepared food is) but cats is where those parasite breed. This disease is interesting in that it doesn’t really affect people’s health much if they have a strong/normal immune system, but it may affect their behaviour. again i ask, india is mostly not a cat-friendly place, except generally for the two formerly communist-ruled states of west bengal and kerala... so why is this mostly anti-cat country full of sociopath tendencies and oppression and injustice?? did you know that between 1997 and 2010, 200,000 farmers/related-people suicided in india?? there are 70+ million homeless people in india who can barely afford two meals a day yet no dog goes hungry here plus the food wasted in religious ceremonies... who is being sociopathic here??
also, dogs carry deadly parasites.
lastly, the best way for a human society to achieve harmony is not only be socialist but also make the cities a compromise between humans and cats.
let us ignore those so-called scientists you refer to and answer these basic questions i put.
