Youtube is actually helpful because you can find tutorials on various things and as one poster said people upload educational lessons on there.

The only websites that should be banned are ones that advocate killing people or illegal things.

Dear Dance- recently there was a news the UK is passing the law to block porno websites- i think your advice of banning the whole internet instead should be given there-

Youtube is the largest video hosting website in the world, and yes theres a lot of stupid stuff on there too, but a lot of people still use youtube and it is a good source of information.

throttling means when you dont even get 1/3 download speed

You can bypass torrent throttling by simply using a VPN-
And to my knowledge blocked trackers are accesible via VPN aswell- unless there is some new trackers blocking technology i dont know off-

Yes BUt no free VPN allows dedicated speed/bandwith for p2p, so it needs extra cost to buy vpn

Saudi website blocking system is intelligent- state of the art- simply more scripts specifically written for a pupose at work-
Youtube is not blocked but you cannot watch blasphemous or sexual stuff on this website- even though you can watch other videos-
Ofcourse such implementation of such system requires more money which unfortunately Pakistani ISPs dont have so they simply block the whole website-
