Tigris Shield Peace Operation Updates & Discussions

After seeing all those attacks from ISIS-affiliated groups almost on a daily basis, this decision wouldn't surprise me at all. Iraq security forces are either really incompetent or the hate between several Iraqı ethnicities are too big to handle for Baghdad. It's a miracle that Kurds are still part of Iraq to this day.

We will clear many areas within N.Iraq border until the end of 2018 and maybe triumph it with a bigger operation :)

IS attacks in Kirkuk are done by Kurds, ISF can handle that. This is not on the military level but political, a game of politics and has to do with the elections as well. Although it is unlikely to result in actual Pesh deployment to Kirkuk as it will meet resistance on military level and from PMU.

ISF doesnt need peshmerga to figh Daesh.

Turkey seems to be enjoying itself establishing it's military footprint in both Iraq and Syria. While, Iraq and Syria don't appear to resist Turkish advances that much.
