Turkey works on, agrees on and facilitates PKK 'withdrawal' from Turkey to Iraq. To then blame Iraq for PKK presence is something.

Sinjar is actually out of scope as no intervention will take place there, that would cause clashing with ISF which is not on the agenda. Far north is the only area in scope, does not seem like defeating PKK is the objective here
