Tibet official says "no need" now to excessively talk about Dalai Lama reincarnation

i respect dalai lama as a relegus leader but he know accept some real things.

Because the Dalai Lama is spiritual and highest leader of Tibet and He is the reincarnation of Lord Buddha as well as called Him as 'Living Buddha'. Now who will decide the next Dalai Lama? CPC?

Wrong. Buddhas don't reincarnate as they are already free from the cycle of samsara. If the Dalai Lama reincarnates then he is still a person no matter how 'holy' he is. All person have the possibility to be Buddhas.

Even if we assume that the Dalai Lama might be a holy person rich in wisdom that is par none, wouldn't it be presumptuous to assume he will always be the wisest throughout his infinite future reincarnations? A selection on future leader should always be based on who has the greatest merit and potential, not just select a child because someone says he is the reincarnation of a certain lama.
