1. When Tazara was built - I was one of the early riders - travelled on it a few times. It was done not for any nefairious purposes but for a positive goal. I commend China in having done this.
2. The Chinese of yesterdays are not the chinese who are invading this continent today.
3. Workmanship of Chinese work is at 50% - It is just enough to pass but no more.
4. All labour force that comes here is Chinese. Mostly low level criminals who work like chain gangs day and night.
5. All materials needed for the projects is not sourced locally and neither are local people trained to work side by side. It is one sided deal to get supply chain only from PRC; no-one else benefits.
6, In Zambia there is a high degree of racism encountered by local workforce if they are engaged; this has included many reported assualts of local workers.
7. To get to resources, roads are built but that is all;
