What does the serial number NAF-722 indicate and what is that in the background?

I doubt it to be Block 2 or 2 seater, it is sitting far too low for that. Could it be that PAF is evaluating the L-15. In first glance it looks like L-15.

Checked again, definitely not JF-17, the DSI is missing
