Those who wish to isolate Pakistan should see how it is actually valued and honoured by its global friends, army chief General Qamar Bajwa said on Friday.

He made these remarks while addressing foreign delegates participating in the 2nd Pakistan Army Team Spirit Competition at the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC) Pabbi near Mangla. The competition is being held from April 1-5, 2017.



“Terrorism is affecting the whole world and requires collective response approach,” the army chief was quoted as saying by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). “Pakistan is a peace loving country and has significantly contributed towards peace and stability.”

Country comes first, says Gen Qamar

He said the world acknowledged Pakistan’s efforts in this regard. “Your presence here is the evidence,” he said, referring to the 10 foreign teams from China, Indonesia, Jordon, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Srilanka, Turkey, Thailand and UK armies, which are participating in the event.

According to the military’s media wing, the competition is aimed at testing survival skills and physical endurance spread over 72 hours and includes 23 field events focusing on counter-terrorism operations.

Dear Gen. Bajwa, anp, mqm & people like Achak zai are openly working against Pakistan. Just watch ganja leagues statements & interview before & after elections which were against 2 nation theory, against PA's efforts on protecting Pakistan & etc. & then watch gadari party working against Pakistan till date. For years we have been hearing these statements & words from our Army but no body acted against the mentioned bastards. Treacherous people & treacherous political parties are acted against Pakistan & all of them are untouched.

At least Gen. Raheel did some good things but not completely, but where as Gen. Bajwa has only brought comforts in the life of all corrupt & treacherous bastards. This is my personal opinion & no one should feel sad or offended by my words.
