Everyone knew it before the WHO. They got the e-mail about the global pandemic really late. They should have pressed the panic button much earlier. I guess they were either not well informed by the Chinese, or the Chinese convinced them to ignore it. Chinese wanted to suppress the news of the virus to preserve their own national image, but they made a strategic mistake.

This is a lesson for every other Neo-Authoritarian state:
1) Make some noise next time you have an unexplained viral pneumonia that is killing people in your country.

2) The Neo-Authoritarian regimes should also realize that they need to shut down all air travel immediately when they face such pandemics.

3) The Neo-Authoritarian regime must try to tell the international institutions about the virus so they can act accordingly

4) The Neo-Authoritarian nation must not say that there is no evidence of human to human contact, even though thousands in your own nation are dying of the disease.

Such nations can easily contain the virus because they know everything about it. Other nations, who did not know about the virus, have to pay a huge price.

Even though USA is mostly suffering due to her own inaction, rest of the world payed the price due to Chinese cover ups and her influence over international institutions.

So, USA, Nato countries and Israel knew about the treat of Coronavirus in NOVEMBER last year.

Even though USA is mostly suffering due to her own inaction, rest of the world payed the price due to Chinese cover ups and her influence over international institutions.

Can you tell me when Italy, France, Spain and UK know of the virus and when did they start their quarantine and lockdown? Because WHO was informed of the coronavirus on December 31, 2019 by China, then to all other countries. China lockdown the country on January 23, 2020, other countries surely know of the virus and how serious it must be by then. Then WHO warned the world again on Jan 31, 2020 about the coronaivurs global epidemic and what have other countries done with all these information? Nothing much. So, don't blame China covering up, because other countries knew of the virus but they choose not to do anything themselves.
