Oh, this feels so good. Pakistan saying, "We are restraining from responding."

But responding to what? As per Pakistan, there was no 'surgical strike', but a few small arms fire and a bit of mortars. So what restraint?

Pakistan retaliated with overwhelming force to Indian cross border fire , 8 Indian troops killed in one sector and 6 another, 1 arrested (even confirmed by your sources claiming him to be a deserter). Videos of decimated Indian positions have already been circulated.The strategic restraint is about not violating the sanctity of LOC and International Border despite jingoistic rhetoric from the adversary. That strategic restraint has a limit for any country, Pakistan has fifth largest army and relatively huge military overall , coupled with the recently introduced "full spectrum doctrine".

It is the provocative Indian media and government campaign of creating a hoax for domestic consumption about violating the sovereignty of the other country, and behaving like an irrational state actor, which is being discussed here. Pakistan has never said its restraining from responding, it responded with overwhelming force and will respond again when tested. Indian media is 21st century Joseph Gobbel's media, whose sole job is to tow the state policy and brainwash its public enmasse. This surgical strike hoax is being criticized even by Indians themselves.

India's military is still based on cold war models and doesn't possess the required modernized asymmetrical capability to conduct counter terror ops in post modern warfare, let alone do a cross border raid with unarmed Mi17's in one of the world's most heavily militarized area without getting hurt and then conducting operation for 4-6 hours, killing 100 plus people, yet leaving no bodies, signs of destruction behind and leave unhurt again. In the aftermath, there are no funerals, no dead bodies of militants, which is usually the case even in Indian occupied Kashmir itself, no witnesses in villages. This hoax has become an international embarrassment, even US refused to give any statement about this so called hoax strike which was to satisfy the indian masses, especially middle class, whose jingoistic emotions were taken to the point of no return by Modi led govt.

as my experience with Indian.. i have been there for five years. i been in 27 countries around the world. i have closely look into different milliliters in world some how work with them. i know the truth .. .. with 40 years war experince after US militry you better play with keybord.. because i am not the guy who loves keybord PLAYERS. what i am saying .. i have seen this..
