I don't understand why this is only coming from some Pakistanis who don't understand CAATSA and they are the only one referencing this law that was entirely made for some specific states like Russia, North Korea, Iran etc etc.. UAE is a co-produce of Checkmate do you understand what that means. Sometimes I get the feel that you want them to be stopped from requiring anything via invoking bogus stuff.. Don't waste your time on stuff you don't understand that is irrelevant

LOL does Russia/North Korea operates US military hardware and Iran already have US sanctions, so there is no problem for Iran to getting Checkmate from Russia, Think before you post LOL

Lol. I never said that but what I said was the entire CAATSA was created for them which is true. It is mostly comes into effect selling to them not the other way around unless the system can cause inference (only for NATO members) this excludes UAE they are not part of NATO hence doesn't have common command system instillations

Oh bhai, main theme/concept of CAATSA is to save US military hardware to falling into wrong hands ( Russian/Chinese spying/Espionage), If UAE or any country which uses US military hardware can be exercise to get a Russian military hardware so CAATSA could be implemented, AND UAE uses lots of military hardware from west and from USA, UAE has better option in form of F35 which is way way better than Checkmate

You don't understand this nor do you have the capacity to understand... So what if they have US hardware what does that have to do with falling it into someone else hands.. It is selling US hardware to them not the other way around unless it is systems that can cause inference with NATO but UAE is not NATO nor has same command systems nor is their defense systems linked to NATO systems.. This only occurs when the said system causes inference with NATO systems such as S400 with Turkey but if turkey were to buy other platforms from Russia CAATSAA will not come to play unless it jeopardizes stuff.

But if Turkey was to sell US technology to Russia it will trigger CAATSAA big time and the same with UAE if they were to sell their own US purchased weapons on to Russia or North Korea... You understand now?

They are not NATO hence they are not part of any NATO co-shared command systems. What does this has to do anything with my time on this forum..

The CAATSAA is there for not selling US technology to these nations or even US parts to them.. Not the other way around unless you are NATO and cause inferences with the system but everything else is fair game... Example Saudi Arabia has S400 because they don't have any co-shared comannd systems with NATO

Saudi Arabia is confirmed to have S400 and will also purchase S500.. Egypt operates alot of Russian hardware etc etc.. You are reading to much into this and want to talk it into existence but it is empty and not there my friend
