The third option for attack helicopter

Hope so, all are good option, make decisions and go ahead

Sir CAATSA is mostly cade where countries accrue high tech weapon that can captured information using advance links, usa have problem there weapons info can be leaked and countered

But these attach helos are single ground attach helo, thay even allow use to use Mi 35. and Mi 17

So these can cause CAATSA @Bilal Khan (Quwa) ?
The US will apply CAATSA as harshly or as lightly according to its interests. The US is keeping Pakistan on a tight leash by making IMF loans available, accepting a trade surplus with us, etc. The US doesn't feel it owes us a single thing, so that's pretty much it. We won't take any risks with Russia, especially when Moscow still wants to arm up India to the teeth. The risk of US sanctions for sending profits to Russia isn't worth it, not one bit.
Why is CAATSA not applicable in India's case? If NATO ally Turkey has to bear the consequences, What exempts India?
Because India plays a more important role for US interests than Turkey. US is working to contain China, so it needs India to help. Sanctioning India would weaken the US' position in Asia Pacific. That said, the US is applying pressure on India via backdoor channels to stop buying from Russia, and may withhold some critical technologies.

The sad truth is that there are still some (or many) among Pakistan's military and political leadership who still view the US (and West, China) as 'friends.' No such thing as 'friendship' with such states, only interests.

And Pakistan does not make a good case for it when its economy is weak (thanks to decades of mismanagement by Zardari/Nawaz et.al + reliance on aid). Everyone (including China) treats us as their naukar/chaprasi/khota, and we will remain as much unless we start taking steps that lessens our reliance on these countries.

This is why (in part) I'm all for working with Turkey, South Africa, Ukraine and Poland to develop our own solutions, including attack helicopters. It's one less thing the big powers have to play over us.

Hard but true reality
