The teeth of the Milgem light frigate, the Atmaca beyond line of sight strike missile

It would be interesting if Pakistan could deploy air-launched Ra'ad in anti-ship role. Turkish SOM has the capability of attacking both land and sea targets. Pakistan could get guidance systems from Turkey to mate-em with 600km air launched Ra'ad, hypothetically.
RA'AD already have both land and Sea attack capability .....

Atmaca is, by all estimations, just a Turkish Harpoon equivalent. Nothing overly special or unique, just another step taken by Turkey to lessen its reliance on Western (mainly the United States) suppliers.

For Pakistan is could be an attractive option as a one-to-one replacement for their older Harpoon missiles, especially as Atmaca could easily fit on the F-16 or even be mated with any ship outfitted with Harpoon or MPAs like the P-3C. It's just overly redundant and that's the main problem Atmaca has. It's another C-802/Harpoon/Exocet-class missile and doesn't offer anything to Pakistan that existing alternatives don't. It's attractive for countries that want a close defence relationship with Turkey.

What would be game changing would be a surface launched SOM missile. That would given a Navy a small, stealthy and highly capable over-the-horizon anti-ship/anti-surface weapon that would be almost unique. Currently only the NSM fills that niche.

Atmaca is a great step for Turkey in its efforts to modernized and standardize and lessen its reliance on foreign gear and suppliers, but ultimately for Pakistan it's just another redundant missile unless it's procured to replace Harpoon and other similar types in a modernization/standardization push.

I have been a big advocate for SOM procurement by Pakistan. It offers so many advantages that aren’t possible with Ra’ad.

Valid points, at the moment the SOM is air launched.
Regarding the Harpoons, Pakistan's foe operates them now with considerable numbers, the Atmaca also outranges the block 2, and like you said it lessens Pakistan's reliance on certain countries.

This is not the case, Atmaca is the better missile;

Extended Range - Turbojet used in Harpoon Missile provides 2.92kN of thrust and has a running time of 15 minutes. Turbojet used in Atmaca provides 3.4kN of thrust and has a running time of 25 minutes.

Improved Seeker - Atmaca utilises solid-state antenna technology, while Harpoon still uses travelling wave tubes.

Improved Guidance System - Atmaca has a three dimensional (3D) Mission Planning capability with Data-Link to update mission profile during flight. Harpoon does not have this capability.

Increased Payload - Atmaca has a 250kg warhead while Harpoon has a 221kg warhead.

But Turkey is not done there, Atmaca Block II is currently in development.

Atmaca Block 2 will have a dual-mode seeker that will utilise R/F and IIR. It will also be sub-launch capable from 533mm torpedo tubes.

Also - A medium range Anti-Ship missile is in development. Turbojet engine is nearing finalization and behind peopel the you can see the medium range Anti-Ship missile. Which will have expected range above 100km.
