3.Russian Mig 21 Fishbed was introdued in 1956 and so far 1,769

4.Chinees J-7 (Mig 21) was introdued in 1965 and so far 1,116

I think F-4 Phantom was also produced in bulk and are still flying in US, Turkey, R.o. Korea, Japan, Germany and few other countries.

No doubt it was also one of the best in its class.

The most produced plane ever was the German Messerschmitt BF-109. Over 30000 were produced. Also, many other WW2 planes like P-51 mustang, P-38 lightening, IL-2s, Spitfires, hurricanes, FW-190s etc were produced in tens of thousands.

As for jet aircraft, MiG-15 and MiG-21 probably takes the cake.

The most produced western jet aircraft is the F-16.
