9月21日，新疆达里雅布依乡易地扶贫搬迁安置点，村民用自来水给自家房前种植的小树苗浇水。达里雅布依乡，因地处塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地，被誉为“中国最后的沙漠部落”。新建设的达里雅布依乡易地扶贫搬迁安置点距离县城90公里，2017、2019年分两批共计搬迁建档立卡贫困户216户839人。安置点现已通水、通电、通路、通广播电视、通宽带，并配套建设有水厂、卫生院、小学、幼儿园等设施，村民通过转移就业、种植大芸、发展养殖等脱贫增收，步入了崭新的现代化生活。
