I only restarted gym couple of months ago, up-to 110 kg on dead-lift now.
That's pretty good. You should be able to lift 140+ without a doubt if you remain consistent for 6 months.

hey thanks man..it would be nice to have a plan too if you can share that as wellThe protein rich diet would include meat (beef, mutton, chicken, fish) and nuts (almonds pistachio). I can share rough protein values per 100gm for all of them if you want.

im 26. height is 5'9'' with weight fluctuating between 72 to 74 kg. i started gym a couple months back just out of boredom. since then its mostly been just casual weight lifting with no proper regimen for diet or exercise just eat whatever and lift whatever but now im trying to make it a proper hobby and do it right...greatly appreciate your timely response sirCan I ask what is your age, weight and height?
