EXACTLY, Army has made a presentation in front of MOD and PM, underlining the "Nexux of Pak-China, and the heavy development of China in terms of infrastructure ranging from standard gaze raillines, airbases, bunkers, and a route to gwadar to encircle India.
Now I dont think its wrong , they just want more budget to improve their infra along border to counter any future threat..

South Asia's peace,stability and prosperity and future rests in peace and prosperity of India which represent 80% of the region in every sense.Sri Lanka,Bangladesh,Maldives,Bhutan will never attack India..no matter how much BD hates India it knows more geopolitics than pakistan(who is on a self destruct mode right now) rest share a friendly bilateral relation with India and Indians.India is the most important species of the ecosystem of SAARC......I am surprised to see such foolish comments coming from a Chinese..if you were a Pakistani or BD a would have done.Just look at the map of South Asia....we are a small fertile region of incredible diversity...with population and economy larger than Africa.Our problems have always been used by outsiders like you and US but one day we shall resolve our issues and rise as the most potent region of the humanity just like few centuries ago.
