They are reporting of making the casting part of the rocket which is about 8.7 meters, so the overall diameter of the rocket will be even more, including the truss structure and the skin.

I hope under Xi leadership, manned lunar moon landing can be speed up. From the judging of making the 10m ring for CZ-9. There is a chances before 2020 will have a China manned lunar moon landing. There is no other usage for building a CZ-9 super huge rocket except than this mission.

The CZ-9 will be more powerful than the Saturn rockets, this basically confirms China will have a manned moon landing.

Yep, and judging on the size of this monster, it is more likely close to 200 tons LEO than 130 tons LEO.

Anyway, we will deliver more than the promise, just like our initial prediction of the GDP growth.

200 tons to LEO seems like a major overestimation of the CZ-9's capabilities. The US Space Launch System, the worlds largest rocket and slated for its first launch in 2017, has a payload capability of between 70 and 130 tons, and it's the same size as the CZ-9. Unless the Chinese are going to use a much more powerful engine, the CZ-9 shouldn't come anywhere close to 200 tons to LEO. It will be the Chinese equivalent of the SLS and roughly the same in capabilities. The CZ-9 is going to be an awesome addition to China's space fleet, but not quite as powerful as has been stated.

Also, is there a problem with China's metallurgy (not mature enough... maybe)? Or is there another reason for a 10 meter diameter instead of the 8.4 of the SLS?

China was developing a new 120ton LOX/ Kerosene LRE, is it OKay for CZ-9's 200tons LEO (with many 120ton new LREs) ?

Here is the prototype of YF660.

Look NASA gave up , it could have landed and built a base on Moon during 1980's but it did not do that

The rover missions were great but , so limited there are moons around Saturn or Jupiter we could have sent something where there is geological activity but , again no ambition

The Trillion dollar , wasted in Afghanistan , could have may be created

a) Base on Moon
b) A permanent floating base around moon
c) A refueling area in space, solar energy collector
d) Base around Mars
e) Solar energy collector around mars
f) Saturn 6 new Rocket, based off Saturn 5
g) Mini power plant on moon

Instead we have APC and trucks created which are rotting around Afghanistan

I appreciate the picture, but a picture alone does quite tell the whole story. For the YF660, the stated LEO payload is 130 tons, however I was able to find an article starting that newer rocket does have an estimated 200 tons to LEO, this engine is called the YF220. Pictures are nice, but are there any official specifications of the rockets performance? Keep in mind I'm not being skeptical or dismissive, our SLS will have massive capabilities too, I'm just looking for some more concrete information than pictures or speculation.

This might or might not be the most accurate, but it does contain some technical specification:

CZ-9 Chinese Manned Lunar Booster

Looking at this data the upper-edge of the payload is 130 to 133 ton to LEO.
