this is skewed based on the country's population. you should compare number of STEM grads per 1000 of population for a more effective comparison. (and that still doenst consider the standard of the STEM graduation)

Not true, I went to Uni with students from China, they were top of the class whilst hardly speaking the language. Consistently scoring 90% +.

Not sure but I would guess yes. The guys are studied with their parents were already wealthy, it costs a lot to send abroad for study.

agreed. I said the data is skewed towards China and India because of population. I was actually saying Iran is doing much better than China and India.
