Most country have different standard or concepts of what being left or right is. But at least with a political compass test, we all know what we are referring to when we say left or right.

In China, the left-wing is fiscally similar to the western left-wing, but socially similar to the western right-wing.

We are only fiscally left-wing, but socially we are the right-wing nationalists.

Yea exactly. Most East Asians have similar social value to American right wing (Republican). High family value, morally conservative, community over individual, etc.

This is something that American right wing, or those raise in the West, often do not know.

Must differentiate between socially left/right and economically left/right.

Most right-wing people in China are liberals, they are only economically right-wing, but socially they are left-wing.

They would sacrifice China's national interests in order to appease the foreigners, and meanwhile they would also keep exploiting their own people.

The true right-wing nationalists in China strongly support CPC, including those right-wing nationalists in Taiwan, and they also strongly despise both KMT and DPP.

Out of the top ten campaign in WW2 China theatre, KMT fought 9 of them and CPC just fought one.

Can we not say, objectively, that the CPC was wise ? KMT were losing men and material bearing the brunt of the Imperial Army, while the CPC waited it out, waiting for the right time to strike.

Why can't we just say both KMT and CCP fought in their own territories where they have public support? Even united against Japanese Imperial Army in some fronts.

Ahh, what just annoys me about Asia. Indian vs Chinese, Chinese vs Chinese, Chinese vs Japanese, Korean vs Japanese, Turkish vs Kurdish, Shia vs Sunni. Never ending discussions and problems... Just never ends..

Whoever written the history of Asia, written this history to divide us, not unite us!
