Vietnam doesn't love KMT, even support CCP to fight KMT during 1949. Some Vietnamese follow the Long March too.

Dude, @Viet was saying the truth. CCP guerrila army were mostly peasants, and were poorly equipped. VN had a better start in the war with US. The early period of VN-France war was similary to CCP-Japan war: abandoning the cities, retreat to mountains, playing hide and seeks.
