M84 is Yugoslavian tank based around T72 with design issues of T72 adressed that can only be manufactured in my country, in picture is M84D with reactive armor and all modern thing, it can match latest T90's models/variants.

That's ERA on the tank.
As on the M95 Degman, that's spaced composite/laminate armor on top of which explosive reactive armor was added.
It features an explosive reactive armour (ERA) package called RRAK, which is supplied by Israel-based Elbit Systems. The ERA developed by Elbit is one major upgrade and gives a distinctive look to both the M95 and M84D tank.
