Reuters has updated it's report and has Completely Deleted the part about Baloch mentioned in their previous version of the report. So it was wrong news.

So you mean Baloch thing should be mentioned in ToR of US-Taliban talks why? That is relevant to Pakistan, not US. So what Reuters here is suggesting is only about US-Taliban relations.

We are the brokers of this negotiation. Not accepting our demands will mean, no peace for US.
Even if its false news. You know it will be done on ground. Bad luck for RAW. It will now be terminated from Afghanistan, because we will soon see Taliban in Kabul through democracy.
