When will the deal ends?

I don't know.... could be at the next SSİK meeting... before you ask i don't know when that meeting will take place but you can expect months.

But, no matter what US say, the HQ-9 system can be integrated in Nato-Systems, according to military expert Otfried Nassauer.

We know it can be integrated, i wonder if NATO is not going to allow integration due to political reasons. Following what would be the Turkish reaction.....

It has nothing to do with political reason, its more economical reason, dont you.

Yeah we know it too... :) But when it comes to "not allowing the integration" they won't say, "You didn't fill our pockets". They will simply say, "Military espionage, we are concerned because Chinese get intelligence on NATO, etc.....".

I mean the real reason will be economic but they will show as a political reason.

Some NATO diplomats said integrating a Chinese system into NATO’s defenses would raise cyber-security concerns and issues about NATO swapping technical data with a Chinese firm.

Maybe their is one more reason. The prolem with NATO weapons is that the destination control (friend-foe identification) is fixed.
For example, it is not possible to fire a missile at a NATO target. The software prohibits, to should be fire friend to friend. Keyword Israel incident. ;)

Aselsan already developed a IFF system and we can shoot down the Israeli Planes. :)

I sincerely hope that you meant months brother :D
Moths at a SSiK meeting would be a scandal at least.

But, with a Patriot airdefence system, that would be inpossible. I think Aselsans IFF system is developed for fighter jets, only.

Maybe you can comment with the info below. (i don't understand this stuff)

As far as i know F-4s and F-16s are already upgraded. Navy is being upgraded... System is designed for "military air surveillance, avionics control, air defense systems, navy and coast guard". Both for military and civilian purposes.
