Most likely it's been quad copter drones, ISIS style drones.

One drone was shot down and another two drones trapped in the net around the facility and exploded causing minor damage to the roof of the building.

Iran foils drone attack on defense ministry facility​

Iran has thwarted a drone attack on one of the facilities of the Ministry of Defense in the central city of Isfahan.
“An abortive attack was carried out on one of the workshop facilities of the Ministry of Defense at around 23:30 Saturday, by mini-drones,” said the ministry.
It said one of the unmanned aerial vehicles was shot down by the air defense and two others were caught in air defense traps and blew up.

According to 'Jerusalem Post' the attack on a MODAFL ammunition factory in Isfahan was described as a 'tremendous success' by Western intelligence sources:

I have my doubts that Israel is behind these attacks. Why would they risk exposing/losing two of their cells in Iran only to set a non-critical motor oil production plant in fire and attempt an unsuccessful drone attack on an ammunition factory? Israel usually makes calculated moves and targets critical assets that pose a threat to them to degrade its enemies‘ capabilities. These two attacks seem too unsophisticated and low-scale to be Mossad’s work, imo.
