There's been a loud and clear army operation in Karachi against terrorist MQM, such ops don't happen against political parties..

Don't talk about army operations in pakistan there was a army operation to remove nawaz sharif and musharaf became president. Does it make nawaz sharif a terrorist?

police men have been been getting killed for their crimes due to personal reasons or for killing innocents and other injustices they may have done

MQM and their rivals (ANP etc) have been involved in murdering police officials, no doubt about this. Whether it was in reaction, it is debatable. However, killing police officials comes under mutiny.

However, MQM does not seem to have any connection with this particular incidence, and now that TTP (alias JI/JUI) scum has claimed the responsibility, this bickering should come to and end. Both MQM and TTP (alias JI/JUI) are involved in anti-state activities, both are terrorist organizations, and both are a threat. However, at this point of time, TTP (alias JI/JUI) appears to be a more imminent threat, hence it should be dealt first, while keep MQM on check during all this while. Shahid Hayat is a brave and able police officer. He should request the GoP to somehow get Dr. Shoaib Suddal on-board, as an advisor or something. Karachi operation can be conducted more effectively with Dr. Suddal as an advisor.

Well, this thread so far shows what is wrong with Pakistan's civil society, in regards to allowing terrorism to thrive there. A terrorist organization bombed your policemen, eleven of them died and 40 others are battling for their lives, the dust hasn't settled at the site, the terrorists accepted responsibility for the incident, and everybody is heatedly arguing about political parties.

For me, this is more disturbing than the attack itself. It shows a weak and fractured society which accepts their men and women dying needlessly, and only cares about factions and parties. In most other countries, so many men in uniform dying would have provoked outrage and called for heads to roll. There would be youtube videos made for the fallen warriors, there would be demonstrations on the street asking for action against the culprits, and the home minister would be sacked. The fact that repeated attacks have numbed Pakistani society is itself a victory for the tactic of terrorism. It has simply come to be accepted as a way of life.

Are you spokesman of Taliban how could you believe statement of Taliban animals. There is always face behind the case. MQM believes that this operation is same as of 1992 operation. Let alone Party of MQM, even Altaf hussain said it many times on record.
