Su-57 Program Cancelled

. . . . . . . . .
F-35 is strike fighter, same class as F-15E and Su-34. It is not built for speed or agility and has much bigger RCS compared to F-22.
Hmm, still its an overkill for India because they need to overcome maintenance issues before taking over such a complicated task of maintaining a tech marvel such as F35. Although India can justify the high cost of the plane since their Tejas is almost the same price as F16V

India got LCA featuring Israel radar and America engine. Why need anything Russia?

Well it is diversifying its equipment. But at the time of inspection an indian version of the bird was toted, beyond what mki offered. IAF lost faith in the bird, now the Russians as well are understand that they bite for than they can chew.

F-35 and F-22 are not dependent on AWACS to carry out their operations; their sensor suite is state-of-the-art, and they can draw information from each other in real-time through their sensor fusion capabilities. If a large number of F-35 and F-22 are operating over a country, and even if they are widely spaced, they all create a gigantic web of situational awareness for each other.

And refueling occurs outside contested spaces. F-22 do not need it much anyways.

Modus operandi is to soften resistance of the opponent to large extent through F-22 and long-range cruise missiles before other aircraft move in.

The quote just says they don't need to speed up mass production, not that they are cancelling mass production or anything like that?

Sir i beg to differ with respect as US doctrine is not any more fighter vs fighter infact it is system vs system how close is net centric environment is better execute US strategy . here is an interview LM

For being situational awareness platform yes true but again the philosophy behind is providing all information to central command which at times makes decision even letting pilot know who will engage and who will fire
