Your China do not have our equivalent of Red Flag, let alone the actual combat sorties where people actually died. So what the hell would any Chinese pilot know and understand of what would it be like going up against the F-15? Your PLAAF did not fared very well in a recent exercise in Thailand. Look it up.

There are some aspects where Su-35 (latest derivative of Su-27) has clear advantage over F-15:
-ability to supercruise
-TVC
-rear-facing radar

Also Russian and Chinese aircrafts have superior quality over US aircrafts. Boeing 737 MAX 8 is best example of typical US cheating.

TVC (engine) is not mandatory to ensure sustained turn rates in a combat aircraft. Airframe design (as a whole) can be optimized for the needful when coupled with an engine of sufficient power. F-15 variants, F-16 variants, and the new F-35A are all capable of sustained turn rates without TVC. Therefore, TVC is not necessarily an advantage over other designs.

Supercruise is a desired capability in combat aircraft intended for 'air-superiority' missions in the 21st century. This might be a plus for Su-35 in isolated confrontations but USAF is increasingly netcentric in its operations in current times - far ahead of others in this domain, and this also invalidates the rear-facing radar feature. Su-35 does not have rear-facing radar by the way, only Su-57.

Flanker is an expensive maintenance fighter/bomber but Chinese flanker is fully maintain by Chinese companies , so cost is significantly bring down compare to Russian sold Flanker. Unfortunately, Chinese flanker are not allowed to be exported between an agreement between China and Russian.

India AF maintenance abilities are not fully indigenous. They still need to import many parts from Russian to fully kept their MKI flying.

While estimated more than 400 domestic made flanker in service for PLAAF/PLANAF.

i used to also believe that these flankers r some ''extra'' alien spaceships, until i saw they performance in air to air mod. in 27 feb. 2019.......with an RCS of 40 meters square these huge mammoth beats will always be detected first, and in BVR the old rule of see first shoot first then scoot works perfectly!

All the other smaller aircrafts need is a powerful radar like APG series and a potent BVR with more range then R77 series, and thats it! That skinny old f16 modernized with those BVRs and a potent radar was more then enough for an aircraft manufactured in 2000s like those Su30MKIes of india

F16BM(M means modernized) serial number 84606, 84 means manufactured in 1984. And it shoots AIM120C-5 not even C-7.
