The first flag says: "Dangey Mataram" ( دنگے ماترم ) or "Hail Riots" ; a sarcasm on the Hindutva Nationalist slogan "Vande Mataram" ( وندے ماترم ) or "Hail Mother " referring to Mother India. The flag shows a pair of khakhi shorts which is the uniform of the Hindu Nationalist RSS outfit.

The second flag says "Chiller Aukatam " ( چلژ اوکاتم ) an insult on the person ( Prashant Bhushan) mixing Hindustani words Chiller ( چلژ) which means small change or coins , and "Aukat " ( عوقات) meaning status.
The word Aukat has been twisted into a pseudo-Sanskrit grammar form into
"Aukatam".( اوکاتم ) . The flag shows a single rupee coin ( worthless in itself ) .

So the RSS lady is calling leftist Prashant Bhushan "small change " and not worthy of any status.
