Starbucks is coming to Pakistan! Guess which city?

Starbucks coffee is horrible.Don't know how people can stand it. The coffee beans are often burnt, making the taste bitter.

I roast and grind my own coffee, therefore a picky coffee drinker. Sorry!!
when Mcdonnald and KFC kind of trash is seen as elitist and godsend food by ignorant Pakistanis then you can bet that these same inferiority complexed Pakistanis with cash will drink this horrid coffee even if its from the squeezed water that comes off a kitchen wiping cloth.

Hey, nobody is forcing Pakistanis to go to such horrible places! :D

I concur! I find that even their light to mid strength blends have a bitter taste and high acidity.

I'm very happy with my Keurig single-serve coffee maker

That being said, I can easily see Starbucks being very popular in Pakistan the way it is in the United States.

I really don't know why you guys are much against Starbucks.

Its not that bad either, we were once doing some research about coffee products for our college project and were happy to see high standards of Starbucks in comparison with its rivals. You can obviously not compare with the likes of McDonalds who have tradtionally been the restaurant unlike a coffee chain like Starbucks.

you Liar

you should be spanked with a pillow so hard that you say sorry and you mean it

I like spanking! :D

Oh wait. WRONG Forum!

Actually, Starbucks coffee beans are not bad. Buy to grind at home. There are better options of course, but this is not bad for general use.

Better to support your local coffee shop than the likes of Starbucks. Not only are their coffee overpriced, but poorly brewed. An overrated experience.

@Syed.Ali.Haider my rant was about our stupidity (NOT) American international Brand

these fast food chains are confused with something like top tier restaurants in the west where you need to book a reservation and wait for a long time unless if you trash million dollar cars as a joke and sleep with the daughters of billionaires (then you dont wait your place is pre-booked)

Sir, Pakistanis are not stupid. The standards are relative. What is ho hum here might be top notch there.

Well the average coffee drinker, is not a coffee connoisseur, so can't really blame them
