New Delhi: Facing the brunt of his remarks that he ordered the blowing up of the Pakistani boat, Coast Guard DIG BK Loshali has written to the Coast Guard High command apologising for his conduct.

However, sources say that his apology is not being accepted and a full scale inquiry which will culminate into a court martial will be launched into the incident. His remarks are being considered to have caused long term damage to the reputation of the Coast Guard.

Sources also claim that Loshali has been a serial offender in disciplinary matters. He was previously pulled up for consuming too much alcohol. He was also removed from operational command of a ship in 2008.

NO it hasn't, Indian government or for that matter coast guard have kept the same stance since the beginning.

There was but one official who in attempt to boast about the incident, started lying.
Admitted his mistake, apologised, accepted that he knew nothing about this operation.
