All he has said is, India is a threat to regional peace, as their DIG blew up a boat just on mere suspicion and blamed it all on Pakistan, the matter should be investigated, and real culprit should be apprehended, for all we know some innocents were burned alive.....i dont see what is wrong there.

Tbh it is not that simple as you pit in just two mere lines had he been a former officer we could have ignored him, but he is a Senior Serving officer with years of service and experience,if he is making such comments then that actuallppiut a question mark on professionalism practiced by ypur armed forces

Not his place to give out certificates of innocence especially when Pakistan claims they were not on the boat nor was the boat theirs. Nothing changed in the story for him to make an intervention. Whether the Indian CG sunk the boar or whether the boat was sunk by the crew is irrelevant to any Pakistani claim that Pakistani boat & crew were not involved. Any investigation too is none of Pakistan's business since it's claim is that there was no involvement of Pakistanis.

Evidence provided to you is of little use. It's for GoI to decide on the quality of evidence, not for you unless you are willing to accept the possibility of involvement . Even after filing cases against people in the 26/11 attack, Pakistan still claims to have no evidence nor has it identified even one of the other 9 attackers other than Kasab.
