Who cares? The local Arab population rule and control all of the country. Those people you mention don't even have passports apart from some of them. Also most of them are doing simple work. Secondly many of the people who you would call Iranian are Arab Iranians from Arabistan and the Southern coastal towns along the Arabian Gulf in Iran.

It is thanks to the investments of rich local Arabs and Western investments that the Gulf region have turned into the most wealthy region in the world. Not some carpet sellers from Iran that originally came from Kazakhstan.
