Spacecraft AIT Center


Spacecraft Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) Center is to serve national and international space programs for spacecraft assembly, integration and test activities.

AIT Center infrastructure is capable of supporting AIT activities for both GEO and LEO satellites simultaneously.

TAI's AIT Center professionals provide in-house engineering, analysis, manufacturing and test services. ECSS quality assurance processes are assured to be applied for all the AIT Center activities.



THERMAL TEST CAPABILITIES:
Thermal Vacuum Chamber-1


  • Usable Volume : Ø 6.1m x L 7.0m (Horizontal)
  • Mounting Interface : 1194 Flight Interface (up to 3.5 tons)
  • Vacuum Level : < 10-6 mbar
  • Thermoregulation : -180 °C (by LN2)

  • Usable Volume: Ø 4.0m x L 4.1m (Horizontal)

  • Thermoregulation : -165 °C – +110 °C (by GN2) and -180 °C (by LN2)
