It is not due to western girls in films that indians like white.
You got the whole thing wrong,

It is due to indian preference of white skin, even western girls with no skill can get job in bollywood.

You are not getting the question. I asked how you will change the attitude of those peoples who dont find black girls attractive. Should they force themselves to like black girls?

Why is a white person trying to be tanned a fashionable thing to do, but a dark brown person trying to be a shade or two lighter is kitschy.

Whatever may be the reason, girls are pressurized to look fairer.
It is same as girls are pressurized to do boob job, or do bikini wax.(They say they want to feel good, but there is a subconscious pressure).

No, Indian women don't want to look like white skinned women. Indians prefer Indian looks or racial features but with white skin. Ex. in west, blondes are revered, but in India they are not preferred. Most foreign actress in Bollywood have Indian features.
