What's new

Somebody is trying to use the incident of Madina Masjid to incite discord

Seculer cleanshave sharabis claim in every other thread" molvis are sectarian , they dont even agree with eachother bla bla" but in reality on every islamic issue in the nation, all of the ulemas speak with one voice(regardless of sect) ,the voice of islam and its ruling while drunkenclan always stands in the row of unbelievers.

This mosque should not even an issue in an islamic nation, its almost 40 years and everything was done legally back then.
its not like its private property . When judges order renovation of temples and gov build kartarpur with public money and at the same time orders destruction of a mosque then its legitimate to doubt the iman of these cleanshave seculer jahil anglo saxon judges and the ppl running pakistan!
i have a solution people like you should sell your home , businesses , assets and income ! donate all to this mosque so they can acquire a legal piece of land and construct a mosque there with the permission of authorities . This qabza style has to stop

.
one is here in this thread he can not pray in other mosque he need deoband india mosque for himself  what a nation we have they are more deobandi brelvi then muslims . indian cities are ruined even islam .
The word Deoband means forest of god(dev- God... Ban-forest).. it is originated from Hindu mythology.
And raebareli has its origins in the word Bhar..a Hindu caste.
Anyway it is ridiculous to equate a movement with a city... A deobandi doesn't necessarily mean he has love for the name deoband .
Lahore is named after Lord Rama's son Lav.Does that mean Muslims should stop living there?

. .
thank you for enlighten we will InshAllah change lahores name to khadim-abad or rizvi-abad
And change the Islamabad as Azizabad on name of Maulana Abdul Aziz of Lal masjid for such day and night struggle & sacrifices.:omghaha::lol:

he has some valid points...this judgement is going to be an insult to pakistan judiciary as it is not going to be executed...all hell will break loose if the govt even makes any attempt to demolish it...indian courts generally adjourn such cases indefinitely until they feel their orders can be implemented...there is no point in passing judgements which cant be executed ...

Fatwa, by definition, is a non-binding Islamic legal opinion (as opposed to Qada'/act of judgement by a Qadi).

Only those who do not accept the State of Pakistan as a legitimate entity (the likes of TTP and ISKP) would Say what you said ( i.e. Fatwa is as binding as the Constitution / law of the land ) ...

This is quite unbecoming to your normal logical self. You have conveniently left out a number of facts, and have misunderstood information presented to you:

  • That Qada' is when a Mufti is appointed on the position of Qadi who decides based on Laws of Shariah. This is a judgement passed by a law graduate, appointed as a judge, based on the constitution.
  • Next, you have twisted my words. I DID NOT say that Fatwa is as binding as the constitution. I said, if the constitution is not in line with the Fatwa, then it should be brought in line with it. And this, is enshrined within the constitution itself. On matters of religion, the Constitution of Pakistan is an auto-correcting document. Any law that goes against Islam MUST be modified so it is in compliance. Alhamdulillah.

So, you accept what your so-called ulema say and openly reject what the Holy Qur'an categorically states?? @Verve is absolutely right about what he has said in in his earlier post then

No one can make the blind see, or the deaf hear. You have shown your true, shameless self to the world.

.
Go ahead be proud of your sectarianism and tell others that they don't know anything about Quran.

I outright reject your accusation of Sectarianism. After seeing my logical and factual post (Alhamdulillahi 'Alaa Zaalik), you have no recourse except to uselessly wave your little sword of sectarianism around, like a kid vibrating a tiny piece of an octopus's arm. In case you missed it, I quoted the post by SQ8 and explicitly specified:

Just want to clarify, sectarianism means vitriol, hatred, and violence based on sects. It does not mean leaving one's sect to satisfy the sensitivities of others.

And SQ8 has NOT rejected this position.

Finally, thank you, for giving me the permission to tell others they don't know anything about Quran. Now don't ever complain if I do exactly this.

No, it doesn't work that way. There is an entire system in place. We have Federal Shariat Court and the Shariat appellant Bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan to decide what laws are (or aren't) in conformity with the injunctions of Islam as laid down in the Holy Quran and Sunnah. It's not for every Tom, Dick and Harry to issue Fatwas and start claiming (based on the Constitution) that their Fatwas should be made into law. Nation States do not work that way

Agreed .. Your posts are there for everyone to see

It's your error if you think I proposed changing the constitution in any other manner. The only disagreement might be on who is appointed to Federal Shariat Court and Shariat Appellant Beanch of Supreme Court, and through what process.

We are an Islamic Republic, not a Deoband Republic/Emirate. The Muftis and Fatwas you follow are rejected by the overwhelming majority of Pakistanis. Parochial and exclusivist interpretations of Islam/Fatwas by extremist minority sects cannot be made into national laws

It has been done before and it will happen again. There are mischievous people in Pakistan who use such incidents to incite hatred for judiciary and country. Btw Taliban are also overwhelming Deobandis.

Absolute, and utter cluelessness from ground realities on your part. Please, stop showing the world how little you actually know about the subject you are discussing.

95% of Pakistan is Hanafi Alhamdulillah, divided between a majority of Barelvi and large minority of Deobandi. Our differences are on matters of Aqaid, the Bid'aat done by the Barelvis, and the false stories they believe in. On matters of Fiqh as they related to prayers etc, we follow the exact same Imam and system of jurisprudence. I'll tell you who are parochial and exclusivist: the liberals [whom I freely refer to as libturd swines btw] who have too much coverage from recognized and popular offices and institutions, thus blowing up their image. And many of them are liberal-fascist as well. We cannot let this country be run by them.

If you are reading this in as state of buzz from getting boozed up, kindly sober up and come back again. Perform Ghusl and Wudu to cleanse yourself physically and spiritually from the effects of alcohol.

It looks like no one has taught you how religion works, how it enters people's life. First of all, every child is born a Muslim, no matter where in the world he or she is born, and which family.

When a child is born into a good Muslim family who take care of the proper Tarbiyah of the child, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'aala Opens his or her heart to Islam. According to the Holy Quran

6:125
Whoever Allah Wills to Guide, He Opens their heart to Islam. But whoever He Wills to Leave Astray, He Makes their chest tight and constricted as if they were climbing up into the sky. This is how Allah Dooms those who disbelieve.

And the same Aayah informs us about those who are born in good families but choose to reject Hidayah, and also those whose families teach them the wrong path in the first place. Their hearts never truly embrace what is taught, i.e. Hidayah in good families and waywardness in others. Now either they don't care and sink deeper into waywardness, or they try to seek out the Truth. And at this point, what matters is the Ikhlas - the sincerity of intention - with which they seek the right path. If anyone is sincere, Insha Allah he will come into the fold of Ahl as Sunnah wa Al Jama'aah.

Give it a rest mate ... For Barelvi Imams Deobandis are worse than Qadiyanis (To quote Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi). Let's not get into that.

Whether you like to admit it or not, the fact remains that Deobandis are a minority sect within Sunni Islam.
