Baitullah, Hakimullah, Qari Hussain, Ilyas Kashmiri, Qari Zafar, Wali ur Rehman and many others who were enemies of the state of Pakistan were killed by drones. So if that is the only purpose you can come up with of those statement then you have chosen a very lame purpose. They have resulted in the death of enemies of the state of Pakistan. Its a foolproof measure. Sikhs simply are never going to have enough vote to change the constitution because if it is changed somehow the route to a separate or autonomous state becomes easier once they claim their distinct identity.
