and listen,more then 500 of our soldiers were killed in kargil war whose lives would've been saved if we had kept soldiers there.

Cocked up stories, India launched attack on Siachen to bargain Kashmir but failed miserably as soon as they reach there pakistan launched counter attack and stopped them since the situation is same. just because of ill mentality of Indian policy makers many people are dying in Kashmir and Siachen even all over India.

Get your facts correctly, before posting. It was pakistan who were trying to occupy the heights.

Tried to occupy kashmir failed, tried to occupy siachen failed and then again kargil the end result same.

Its exactly the opposite. About 2 years of Modi has 4800 villages in India electricity for the first time in 68 years. And a few more years will mean electricity for all.
The few time under Modi has meant we don't bow under international pressure to keep using and importing coal from Australia, by 2017we won't be importing a single bucket of coal from Australia saving crores.
Does this seem like Afghanistan ? Lol.

As for our soldiers, we are spending quite a big amount and taking help from Israel and others , to develop and deploy unmanned border surveillance systems.

Some have been under testing at LOC. Soon they will find their way toSiachen.

Pakistan already offered ceasefire on Siachen now ball is in Indian court what they decide, just over ego issue we put finest soldiers in a hell.

Ceasefire is in force on either side of AGPL. Only in 2013 Jan your side opened up with Anti Material Rifle in the southern ridge off Bana post ..... that too was a minor one off incident and neither side escalated. I believe that it was a foolish action by some young gun on your side.
One can gauge the issue from the fact that as per Indian army it is the only war Op still in progress, yet it is not hot anymore. Overflight by mistake of either sides helicopters while on cas evac or essential resupplies are ignored and not even reported. Instead on Indian side we raise our flags to indicate country in case a Pakistani heli crosses by mistake and same is in your case.
Only the soldier sitting realizes the importance of peace and coexistence.

Heck in sometimes we push across juices and chocolates to Pakistani side, the steep sides allow for good flow of loaded cartons and boxes ......... party time across AGPL!!!!! LOL

If both countries can agree, so be it. But it seems highly unlikely.
India on its own can monitor that area entirely using its huge array of satellites. If need be, troops can be inserted as and when there are indications.

Siachen is easy to demilitarize provided Pakistan agrees to authenticate the present positions which the PA is unwilling to do since they contend that the whole of Kashmir belongs to Pakistan and that we are in illegal occupation of Siachen. They want us to hand over Siachen unconditionally.

If India withdraws without authentication, then it would be near impossible to recapture the posts on the Saltoro Ridge if Pakistan occupies it at some later stage.

That's the crux of the problem.

You are a very poor liar. Kargil was violation of LOC while India was initiating peace moves. Siachen was no violation of any treaty but India simply preempting Pakistans moves to take on Siachen. We just reached there days before you did, that makes you the loser, not a victim.

He is not lying. He is right, they had been accessing and sending tourists for treks since 60s. They only made the mistake of not permanently holding the glacier by stationing troops. Instead only sending in patrols. In fact, the first Indian patrol comprising mainly of officers which was sent for recce prior to Indian occupation of glacier had Pakistani helicopter coming over it and they being surprised to find Indian troops moving in. The first battalion (of Kumaon) went ahead in compressed time frame with only pullovers and coat parka and leather shoes!!!! They did a Kargil on us learning from us!

Pakistan is NOT on Siachen Glacier. Siachen Glacier lies between Karakorram on East and Saltoro on West. You are due west of Saltoro, nearest you are to proximity is BilaFondLa Glacier.
The Siachen glacier is North to south (general alignment) with glaciers in east west directions due west of it. It is on these glaciers minimum 5 -7 kms by air distance from Siachen glacier where the Pakistani posts are located west of the Saltoro ranges which are running north south on western border of Siachen glacir. Its not a meter wide range of mountains .....!!! You were on Siachen prior to our moving in .....period!
