Should be ok provided they pay taxes in Pakistan upon re-entry into Pakistan submitting their contract paper showing income they earned in BPL and taxes they have to pay at Port of entry

Playing international Leagues should be ok example player players overseas makes
100,000-150,000 USD , when he returns to Pakistan

Pakistan should collect 15% Tax on that income


40 players playing international League

40 x 100,000 x 15% = $600,000 USD Tax collected from 40 players goes to government not PCB

The No Objection licence issued to players should be based on clear standing with Tax Authorities in Pakistan

Reporting on International income for sportsmen/women should be made mandatory
