Azad Kashmir is a part of pakistan, even I have close relatives from there, and Kashmiris come into interior Pakistan, and Pakistanis go there, not Punjabis. Get aware of the facts first, then talk.
Thanks for clarifying that part though...
Some Pakistanis told me that Azad Kashmir is actually "Azad" and they are not part of Pakistan..rather an "Azad" entity.
Kashmiris can come settle in Pakistan too - Nawaz Sharif a Kashmiri became PM of Pakistan - twice! It's all open.
So I see the the odds are stacked against the Indians in a referendum/plebiscite unless we even the odds by giving Indians from rest of India a time frame of 65 years to settle in Kashmir if they wanted to.
